the fridge was too small it didn't hold much the food tasted average nothing special at all. the pool needed better cleaning the grout was quite dirty. monkeys managed to open my locked door to the bedroom. this made me feel unsafe and uneasy

The seamless airport pickup was appreciated. The driver offered chilled water and shared insights about bali. the villa had a spacious layout and elegant design with floor-to-ceiling windows. the private pool sat within a serene garden, perfect for relaxation. every aspect was a delight. Staff arranged a romantic setup in our villa upon arrival.
i think the hotel could have done more.

The staff were always smiling. i really enjoyed how helpful they were, answering any questions i had! made, our driver and tour guide, shared great insights into local culture. the villas, food, and spa were all top notch. Everything was excellent
the fridge was a little small for the apartment size. i wish it had more space for drinks and snacks. it would have been great to have a slightly larger refrigerator
